Takao, an aspiring shoemaker, skips school to sketch designs in a serene Japanese garden. There, he encounters Yukino, an enigmatic older woman. Without planning their meetings, the two continue to cross paths, but only on rainy days. As the rain draws them closer, they share their secrets and form a unique bond. However, with the end of the rainy season fast approaching, their time together may be running out.
